I have always trusted Dropbox for their services ever since they started, and I feel just completely useless and stupid right now. I also no longer have access to family memories, personal achievements and research information. I am heartbroken and near hyperventilating. I do not keep additional copies of those files. I have used their Camera Uploads feature for years to keep my phone storage low. I have just submitted a request for support using another account on their forums because, as many others here, I cannot even login using my paid account to request support. I have school files, personal files and work files in there. I have been a Dropbox user for over 10years.
I have hundreds of thousands of files in there, with not many of them stored locally as well. I have also been subjected to "Account disabled" from Dropbox without prior notification.
